Talita my 16 year old daughter has cerebral palsy. Talita attends Rainbow House 2 days a week.

Rainbow House provides services for children with Neurological problems. They follow a special system of rehabilitation called Conductive Education.

To learn more about Conductive Education please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conductive_education. Conductive education has helped Talita and other children. Initially we used to go to Budapest to have Conductive Education. It is so fortunate that Mrs. Joe Mawdsley decided to start this system locally in Lancashire. Unfortunately there is no state funding and the charity is solely dependent on donors like you.

George is running the Liverpool Half Marathon on 28th March 2010 to support this cause.

Welcome to The Legacy Rainbow House

Our charity specialises in providing services for children with neurological problems and conditions such as cerebral palsy, genetic and metabolic conditions, and acquired brain injuries. Some of our children have undiagnosed neurological problems.

Our approach is based on an holistic approach to rehabilitation known as Conductive Education which aims to teach children life enhancing techniques, through education, recreation and sports, so that they can live more independent lives within the community.
